INGREDIENTS | Mullein leaf, Elderberry, Proprietary Blend of Organic Herbs.
BENEFITS | Increases urination to reduce fluid retention; and for increasing sweating to help purge out toxins, tames inflammation and removes mucus from membranes, aides constipation, joint and muscle pain, aides infections that affect your breathing, eliminates headaches, fever, aides with minor skin conditions and helps to decongest your chest.
INSTRUCTIONS | Steep 1-2tbsp / 8oz water for 5 minutes with water to rolling boil.

My son and I are getting over bronchitis and just can’t seem to shake the mucus. Decided to try some of this tea to see if it helps. Have only had a couple cups each so far. My son reports that he’s coughing less and coughing up less mucus now. My issue has been more with my throat getting “froggy” and I’ve noticed a difference just in the one cup I had today.
