INGREDIENTS | Senegalese Hibiscus flower, Ginger root, Proprietary Blend of Natural Herbs.

BENEFITS | Calming tea, decreases anxiety, relaxant and stimulant, reduces blood pressure.

INSTRUCTIONS | Steep 1 tsp / 8oz water for 5 minutes with water to rolling boil.

It is a "must try!"

I couldn't wait to try the tea so made me a cup, and the first thing I noticed was the sweet aroma that filled the entire kitchen. I was also getting ready to paint so I wanted something to sip on to keep me going. I'll say, "thank you Lela" cuz I'm definitely getting a refill.
So I prepared my tea the first night and I couldn't stop sipping and painting; I painted 6 hours straight through the night in a calm, serene state. Try it for yourself; you will thank me later.
