The TRUTH!!!

I have always had very heavy and very painful cycles. I would dread that time of the month because I knew that not only would I be in so much pain, but I would be in a nasty mood. I can say now that not only is the pain gone but so are the mood swings. My husband said whatever it is that you are doing different around this time of the month please don't stop LOL...
